What does it cost and what are the payment options?
We understand the complexity of your ever-changing nutritional requirements as a fitness professional. As a result, we give you the flexibility to build your own meals, so pricing depends on your selection. Raw Foods accepts online payments using all major credit and debit cards.
Where and when do you deliver?
We deliver to all areas within Dubai, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday evenings.
What are the delivery charges?
We charge AED25 Per Delivery. LAUNCH PROMOTION – AED25 Off For Orders over AED250, AED50 Off For Orders over AED500, AED75 Off For Orders over AED750. Please contact us via email or landline for delivery to other Emirates.
What if I live in an apartment or security building?
We can either deliver to your front door or deliver it to security as per your instructions. Please check beforehand your building’s policy on receiving packages.
What is the turnaround time for my order?
Orders must be placed 48 hours in advance of your required delivery dates.
How is my food delivered?
We deliver your food vacuum-sealed in styrofoam boxes, transported in a chilled van according to the rules and regulations set by the Dubai Municipality. Styrofoam provides excellent insulation. This means your food items remain cool, protected against heat, keeping your food fresh for hours. 
Is it delivered frozen?
No, our food is made fresh on the day of delivery and never frozen.
Can I change an order once placed?
Yes, provided that your order has not already been prepared, packaged and dispatched for delivery. Please send us an email confirming the details of your order change or call us, and we’ll come back to you as quickly as possible.
Who prepares the food?
Executive chef and culinary expert Muskan Ohri heads up our Raw Foods kitchen. She manages a team of trained professional chefs and kitchen staff, who are trained in food safety and have DHA certification.
Where is the commercial kitchen located?
Our professional-grade kitchen is located in Al Quoz Dubai.
Is your food preservative free?
We do not use preservatives in our food, which is cooked to order from scratch, and vacuum-sealed for freshness and longevity.
What if I have a food intolerance or allergy?
While our food is prepared in a facility that handles nuts, dairy, eggs, soy, fish and gluten, if you have a food intolerance or allergy, contact us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.
How do I heat up my food?
Our food is prepared fresh, and is easy to heat through in a microwave or in a pan over the stove. Only take out as much as you need and refrigerate the rest.
What is the shelf life?
Our vacuum packs can be stored unopened in your refrigerator for up to four days after delivery. Once opened please ensure the food is consumed within 48 hours.
Can I freeze my food eat it later?
Yes, but keep in mind that some foods freeze better than others.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations/refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis and are only issued under extenuating circumstance upon approval of management. Request to cancel should be given before 3 business days. If you are not satisfied with your delivery, email or call us within 24 hours, and we will address the problem. Any reason that can hinder results and overall satisfaction must be brought to the Raw Foods team.
